What are the payment options?

We accept credit and debit cards - Visa or MasterCard. Not to worry, your credit card details are not seen, or stored by us. We are now set up on Afterpay!

Do my goods need to be refrigerated?

Our collection of small batch products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, please refer to the back of the packing for storage recommendations.

Where else in the world do you ship to?

We are excited to announce shipping is now available from Australia, which means faster delivery times of our goods to your doors. Plus, enjoy free shipping to anywhere around NZ/ Australia on all order $85 and over.

Can I add a note to my order? / Can my order be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately we are not able to add a note to your order. Most of our bundled products come beautifully packaged in a gift box or box. Under each product you'll see an example of how your goods will be packaged. We don't yet offer gift wrapping.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my order?

We will ask you to supply photos of the items delivered and an explanation of the issue/concern. Refunds may be offered if items in the order are damaged, or faulty. When free shipping is provided, free returns are not available for change of mind.

Can I pick up my order?

We are an online store so we do not offer pickups sorry. Sit back and relax, we'll ship the box right to your front door.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes we do, but the delivery address must be in New Zealand or Australia. This is a great option for friends or family abroad to spoil their loved ones.

Throw in a couple of good bottles of red and voila, easy present. Very speedy shipping to Australia which was a relief as left it a little late to order.

Are Kiwi Artisan olives brine-free?

Yes. All Kiwi Artisan olives are brine-free. Instead of saltwater preservation, they're marinated in premium New Zealand olive oil, which gives a smoother texture, richer flavour, and none of the sharpness you get from brine-packed olives

What flavours of infused olives does Kiwi Artisan make?

Kiwi Artisan makes four flavours: Manuka Wood Smoked Olives, Spicy Sichuan Chilli Olives, Truffle Oil Infused Olives, and Lemon Myrtle & Kawakawa Green Olives. All are handcrafted in New Zealand, brine-free, and gluten free.

What makes Kiwi Artisan olives different from supermarket olives?

Three things. They're brine-free: packed in premium olive oil rather than salty liquid, which creates a smoother texture and more intense flavour. The flavour varieties use native New Zealand botanicals like Manuka smoke and Kawakawa, which you won't find in commercial olive ranges. And the infused oil left in the jar is itself worth keeping as a dipping oil or dressing base.

Does Kiwi Artisan truffle oil contain real truffle?
