Black Truffle Seasoned Cauliflower Bites
Crispy, golden, and full of earthy flavour. Roasted to perfection and finished with black truffle seasoning, they’re addictive in the best way.
INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp black truffle seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tsp black truffle oil, for extra richness
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss cauliflower with olive oil, truffle seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
3. Drizzle with truffle oil if using, and serve hot—perfect on their own or with your favourite dip.
