Truffle Garlic Prawn BBQ

You’ll Need:
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp White Truffle Oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Black Truffle Salt
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges to serve
How to Make:
1. Toss prawns with White Truffle Oil, garlic, and Truffle Salt.
2. Thread onto skewers (optional) and place straight onto a hot BBQ grill.
3. Cook 1–2 minutes each side until pink and just charred.
4. Squeeze over fresh lemon and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
