Spicy Olives Scrambled Eggs
A simple yet flavourful twist on scrambled eggs, enhanced by the heat of Spicy Sichuan Chilli Olives. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream
A knob of butter
2–3 tbsp Spicy Sichuan Chilli Olives, chopped
METHOD:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk together.
2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring occasionally.
4. Fold through the chopped Spicy Sichuan Chilli Olives just before serving for a spicy, savoury kick.
