Smoked Chilli Salt Scrambled Eggs

A simple yet flavorful twist on scrambled eggs, enhanced by the smoky heat of Manuka smoked chili salt. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream
1/2 tsp Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt
A knob of butter
METHOD:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk together.
2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring occasionally.
4. Sprinkle with Manuka smoked chili salt before serving.
