Triple Truffle Mushrooms on Toast
Simple, but hits like a café dish.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms (sliced)
Butter
1 tsp truffle oil
½ tsp truffle seasoning
Pinch of truffle salt
Sourdough toast
Instructions:
Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden. Add truffle oil and seasoning, toss. Serve over toasted sourdough and finish with truffle salt.
