Spicy Chili Olive Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • ¼ cup green or black olives (slice the olives)
  • 1–2 tbsp Sichuan Chili Oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Salami + red pepper flakes, for extra heat

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking tray or pizza peel.

3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base, then scatter fresh mozzarella and sliced olives evenly.

4. Drizzle with chili olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, and season with a little salt and pepper.
