INGREDIENTS:
1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup tomato pizza sauce
1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
¼ cup green or black olives (slice the olives)
1–2 tbsp chili olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, for extra heat
GARNISH:
Fresh basil leaves
Extra chili olive oil, for drizzling after baking
METHOD:

3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base, then scatter fresh mozzarella and sliced olives evenly.

5. Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

7. Slice and serve hot—this one’s got serious heat and flavour.
